Specialist in corporate lending, project finance, infrastructure finance, credit risk management, and Basel compliance, with almost three decades of experience in the financial services industry.
He has assisted several banks in establishing integrated risk management and control systems, besides Basel compliance.
His work has included extensive assignments for the World Bank Group and the Asian Development Bank. His expertise is highly appreciated by the international banking community.
Prof. Shinde obtained his Ph.D. in Finance, Post Graduate in Statistics, and MBA in Finance. He was an Associate Professor at the ‘National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM), India.
A finance executive and an expert in credit risk with over 25 years of quality experience in consulting, banking and non-bank financial institutions. He has served as Chief Credit Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Audit Executive, Chief Finance Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.
Professionally, he is a Certified Internal Auditor of the Global Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Kayode is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) and a participant at the AVIRA Program at INSEAD.
He is a seasoned Lender and a finance specialist, with almost two and half decades of industry experience. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of England, with also a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance.
Frank is a Course Director who has facilitated on various Loan Remedial and Debt Management, Credit Analysis and Credit Risk Management programs across various financial institutions.
He has attended several trainings within and outside the country.
